We thank Kimberlite for this opportunity, in light of the tragic loss of Kimberlite Livingston, we were honored to be able to breed Egypt to his son Elliott. We believe this to be an exceptional cross, with performance and temperament running through both sides.

Our Puppy Policy:
We are a
"hobby" breeder, meaning we do not breed as a money venture. Our dogs are our
pets, not our livelihood. Whenever possible, our pups will be spayed or neutered (unless other
arrangements have been made), and will have begun schooling in basic obedience
training, house/paper trained and crate trained. They will also have all
appropriate vaccinations and have been de-wormed, dew claws removed and tails
docked, as well as the required registration paperwork for the JRTCA. We feel this is the best social, mental and physical start a JRT can get,
and will result in more permanent home settings.
We ask you to provide information on the type of home you would be providing
for the pup. We like
to match puppies to the owners based off the needs and expectations of the
prospective owner. Mismatches often lead to unhappy owners and dogs.
We would also like to suggest Russell Rescue at www.russellrescue.com. They have wonderful dogs that are in need of good homes as well.
We have a no questions asked policy, combined with a sales conditional agreement. Should you ever find you are unable to keep your Jack Russell, you agree to contact us first and we will assist you in finding a home, or you agree to bring the dog back to us or allow us to pick him/her up. As breeders, we feel strongly about our responsibility to our family of Russells. We could not bear to have one of our "babies" destroyed in a dog pound/shelter or abandoned because their owner, for whatever reason, could not keep their pet and "didn't have any other choice". We understand unforeseen circumstances occur in life so, Promised Land Russell Ranch provides an answer to these "circumstances"...bring them back "home" to us!
